We (FPV Essentials) may update or change the below terms, conditions, policies, and notices at any time and without notice as it sees fit. The most recent version of this document, as per the version date, is always applicable and voids any previous versions and the terms and conditions stipulated in them.

1.0 Operating, Ordering products

The ownership, use and operation of FPV radio equipment (such as UHF long range systems or video transmission equipment) which are technically considered to be RF devices may require a license and some countries may forbid its use or ownership entirely. In many countries you will need a amateur radio license in order to operate FPV radio equipment. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of products you purchase from us (FPV Essentials) meet the requirements imposed by your government's rules and regulations for RF devices. Do not purchase products from us (FPV Essentials) if you are unsure of your government's requirements or are not able to comply with them. We (FPV Essentials) cannot be held responsible for your actions under any circumstance, including but not limited to if you use products purchased from us (FPV Essentials) in violation of your government's regulations.

2.0 Injury, Damages and Liability

You acknowledge that you fully understand the inherent danger involved when operating (scale) models such as quad rotors and other models. Spinning propellers can cause severe injury, as can flying into people with a model. Under no condition can we (FPV Essentials) held responsible for injury or damage to people or property including but not limited to products purchased from us (FPV Essentials).

3.0 Incorrectly Published Product Details

We (FPV Essentials) is not liable for any issues that may result from incorrectly published product details, manuals or any other information on the FPV Essentials website which includes, but is not limited to, the downloads available from it.

4.0 Shipping Terms and Conditions

Under no circumstance can we (FPV Essentials)  be held responsible for paying whole, or part of, import duties and taxes, or other taxes and fees associated with shipping an order out. These taxes, fees and associated costs are solely the responsibility of the recipient of the order placed with us (FPV Essentials).

5.1 Backordered items

If your order contains items that are 'backordered', your entire order will be held until the backordered item(s) come(s) into stock. Alternatively you can contact us to split up your order to allow partial shipments. We (FPV Essentials )will not automatically split up orders, partial shipments are only available under certain conditions, please contact us for further information. Items of your order that are not on backorder will typically be held in reserve for you so that no previously purchased item runs out of stock while we wait on the backordered item(s).

6. Ship to addresses

We do not allow orders to be shipped to hotels. Please provide a permanent street address. Shipments to PO Boxes are reviewed on a case by case basis and may be declined. To avoid your order being held for review, please use your regular business or residential address.

7.  Cancel Order(s), Refund(s)

If you'd like to cancel an order before payment has been made we will cancel your order as per your request. If you'd like cancel an order after payment has been made we will cancel your order and put the funds received into our account towards a future order. We (FPV Essentials) will not credit part or whole of an order under any circumstance.

8. Pricing, terms and conditions, typographical errors, stock status

We (FPV Essentials) is not responsible for typographical errors. We (FPV Essentials) reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the store website. We (FPV Essentials) reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and as it sees fit. We (FPV Essentials) reserves the right to change  applicable prices for any products or services, at any time, without notice. All prices are subject to change without notice. All product descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice. We (FPV Essentials) cannot be held responsible for a reported stock status that does not reflect the actual stock status.

9. Legal exempt status

If any of the aforementioned terms and conditions are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such policy shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the policy, so that the policies shall remain in full force and effect.
