Returns

We understand that from time to time you might change your mind about an order, therefore we offer 60 day, money back returns. These are our conditions:

• Item and packaging must be in completely new, unused and original condition. Package must not be opened, and must still be sealed.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping, packaging, customs and any other associated costs with returning the item/s.
  
• The shipping option selected by the buyer must be fully traceable and have signature on delivery, the buyer is responsible for ensuring this.
• We will issue the refund for the item once we have received the item and  confirmed it is in completely new, unused and in its original condition.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover shipping costs, transaction fees and handling expenses. This means that the total refund will be 80% of the item's purchase price. Return postage is not refunded.
